The Willamette Valley produces some of the best sparkling wines in the world. But turning grapes into bubbly beverages is incredibly complex, requiring lots of expertise from winemakers.

During February, seven vineyards throughout the Willamette Valley will offer special sparkling wine tastings as part of the Best Oregon Bubbles trail. Adelsheim will pour a bubble flight showcasing all four styles we produce, including our Brut Rosé, Blanc de Blancs, and our newly released Demi-Sec!
