Owner Christopher Holland opened Taproot in the fall of 2015 using a Kickstarter campaign. Funky, eclectic d cor including an in-wall fish tank makes this a fun spot to hang out any day of the week. The menu features artfully crafted bowls and salads along with a fresh juice bar. The bacon-wrapped Brussels sprouts are a must-try on the appetizer list.
