Fashioned after structures from ancient Irish countrysides, the curved-beam ceiling of the Celtic-inspired space mirrors an accompanying labyrinth for a peaceful wine-sipping locale. Trisaetum combines a vineyard and winery with a 1,500-square-foot art gallery showcasing photographs and paintings by owner James Frey. Visitors can sample a flight of Trisaetum vintages while touring the artistic space. Meanwhile, the Allison Inn and Spa comprises luxury accommodations, fine dining and hundreds of pieces of art created by local artists.
