When the holiday season ends in the Willamette Valley, truffle season begins. This is a magical time of year when foragers begin digging up truffles that end up on dinner plates and at the heart of several events over the coming months.
Our truffles are so beloved and sought-after, Oregon Governor Tina Kotek declared in 2024 that February is Oregon Truffle Month—recognizing Oregon as one of the world's top truffle-growing regions and emphasizing the importance of truffles to local economies and ecosystems.
